Gift Card Sets

Christmas is finally been and gone so all my Christmas gifts have been completed (bar one! - I know late but I didn't want to rush it and the recipient wasn't expecting a gift so it is not too bad - I keep telling myself anyway.) So the last 2 gifts I made were these Gift boxed tiny cards.. They are blank on the inside so can be used for any occassion really!

Anyway here are some pic's .. let me know what you think?? The words are stamped with stamps from Stampin' up - can't remember the name of the set it is one of the level 1 hostess gifts. I was really pleased with how the sets turned out and my friends liked them too! Anyway thats if for me until I finish my next project. :)

Candy Cane Wrappers

Well its been a few weeks. The Silly season has taken hold and I am flat out. I have bought all but 2 of my Christmas presents. Just working on a few handmade gifts for some special people. Last night I made these candy canes for my son's Daycare friends. They are so quick and easy to make. All the instructions I read say to use a split punch. Which I don't have so after some modifications to the design. I figured out.. that I didn't need the fancy punch afterall. I am happy how they turned out. What do you think?

So if I don't get back before Christmas Day. Have a Happy and Safe Christmas everyone. :)

Christmas Gift Card Holders

Last night I went hunting on the splitcoaststampers.com website and found these cute little gift card holders they hold those credit card type vouchers that you get from Bunnings, Kmart, Myer etc. They really quick and easy to make. I have used two of my new Stampin Up stamp sets. Season of Joy & Priceless. Which I love love love.

So anyway I made some of these little cards. I guess the idea is to try and make giving a gift voucher a little more personal than just throwing one in any old santa card. I tried to make some more masculine ones since I find it so hard to buy for guys. A lot of the time I end up getting vouchers. Let me know what you think these are the first 4 I made.

Season of Joy stamp from Stampin Up looks gorgeous with gold embossing.

The inside holds the gift card with a tiny cut on the fold for the card to slot into.

Swirls embossed with holographic glitter powder. I love this stuff.

These stamps are from my Stampin up Pricelist set. They are so pretty.

Please feel free to leave your comments. :)

Christmas Gift Box

I made this matching box last weekend to match the Christmas Baubble I made. Belinda loved it and bought both items :) Very happy about that. These boxes are very easy to make its an Origami Gift Box. I watched an online video by Starofmay.

Here is the finished product...

Also I made some Gift Card Holders last night but I will come back to show those.
Thanks for dropping by. Please leave a your feedback...

Christmas Decorations

I have been crafting up a storm this weekend finishing off my Christmas card orders. I have so far sold 22 cards, 9 tags and 2 special orders. One of the special orders was this Christmas decoration. I am so pleased with how it has turned out. These baubbles are very time consuming as they are fiddly. I have sealed this one inside and out with a matt satin coating to protect the paper from yellowing and hopefully make it a bit more sturdy and long lasting. I hope Belinda likes it... it really is a handmade original.

I hope you like it too. Please leave me your comments and if you have any links for other Christmas ideas for me I would love to see them. Still 4 more weekends till Christmas :)
Thanks for popping by.

Stampin Up

I had a stampin up party yesterday and it was lots of fun. Now I have to decide what to buy and what not to buy. I could easily spend $300 but that would be crazy. Will have to tone it down a bit since Christmas is just around the corner. :) Its that time of year for parties I am going to a tupperware party today then maybe a creative memories one the following week. Check out the new creative memories stuff apparently is has changed a lot since I first started scrapping 4 yrs ago. I am on the hunt for a new album. Not sure what I am looking for yet. I know that when I see the one I want I will know. :)

Lots and Lots of Christmas Cards For Sale

I am selling these cards for $5 each. They are handmade with love and are all my original designs. On some of them I have used Stamp it up stamps and others a variety of scrap book paper & embellishments. I hope you like them.

This one is a bit blurry didn't scan very well because of the coloured Bells hanging off the gold cord. This is one of my favourites.
